Pro Trak Trailers is still in business though it looks like they don't sell directly on their website. Is it true that the owner's brother operates Elite Trailers? How do their designs stack up?

Yep they're like a needle in a haystack online. From what I've seen, the Elite Trailers lineup shares some similarities with Pro Trak but there are differences in the dovetail design. Has anyone come across any firsthand comparisons?

Yeaaah it's true. The two brands are often compared but Pro Trak is more for heavy-duty builds then Elite Trailers are more for custom and lighter-weight builds. Still depends on your needs tho.

You're right on the money. Pro Trak is all about strength while Elite is more on the classy side. I've checked out a few at auctions, and the big difference is in the dovetail and ramp setups.Pro Trak is pretty straightforward and tough, while Elite has smoother welds, nicer paint, and better ramp hardware

That lines up with what I've heard. Pro Trak's built for muscle, while Elite leans into the finer details. The differences between the ramp and dovetail are interesting. Did any particular model stand out at the auctions?
