I currently have a jon deree 459 which is a solid baler but it lacks the fine adjustments and I was looking at the case rb450. There are a few in my area that are for sale, solidly maintained so I wanted to ask if someone here used it and how does it do?

Brother has it, not me. Works really good. Tell us more info about the deal?

The Case RB450 is known for tight and consistent bales after all. It offers better fine-tuning compared to the JD, trust me on that. And the maintenance plus parts are pretty straightforward.

The Case RB450 is known for its reliability and ease of maintenance, if the ones near you are well-maintained, it should be a good choice.

Thanks guys, you got me convinced the 450 it is!

Found one with 9k bales, twine and net for 20k listing price, but I think I may be able to knock a bit off that. What do you think?

the case IH RB455 Premium Round baler, right? I'm looking to buy the used one but haven't found one in a good condition here. how much does the owner asked for the one you want to buy?
