Question about 12V aux wire

I'm building a small utility trailer and in need for of 12v for a pump. does RV plugs have 12v aux wires and are those a power source or using a fresh wire is better? any suggestions would be helpful thanks!

I think you should consider running a new, heavier wire directly from your tow vehicle's battery with a fuse for this!
